FAQ

Q: What is the Shelf life of the cannolis I just received?
A: Our cannolis are made fresh daily, yet it's recommend to store them in a fridge up to 2 days.

Q: Why did my Cannoli became less crispier the next day?
A: Ricotta cream holds a bit of moisture within itself. Naturally, the cannoli pastry shell absorbs moisture and gets softer with time. For best results, cannoli retains its crispiness up to 24 hours.
